Introduction to the free Pilot Reminder Tool website.

This website will keep track of important dates for both your pilots license and aircraft. This information will allow us to send monthly reports to you with a reminder of any dates that are due that month. You will also be able to see detailed reports of reminders that are needed to keep you FAA current. These include the following:

  • Medical - Any class including Basic Med.
  • Currency requirements - BFR, 90 days, night, instrument, etc.
  • Aircraft Registration - Renew every 7 years.
  • Aircraft maintenance - Oil changes, Annuals/Conditional Inspections, Transponder, ELT, etc.
  • Your own defined reminders

There a few simple steps to use this reminder tool. You will be asked your name and FAA information will be presented, if available. After you create your pilot profile, you can add your aircraft that you own and additional pilots that use them. Your information will be kept confidential and will NOT be used or sent to anyother system or list.
